One of TeleTalk’s ”Best of CeBIT 2004 Awards” goes to VoiceObjects’ and T-Com’s joint offering ”Voice Web Portal”. The renowned German telecommunications trade magazine has awarded the prize in the category ”Voice Processing” to T-Com, the fixed-line subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom AG, and VoiceObjects AG, supplier of the Voice Application Management System (VAMS).

The two companies have teamed up to provide ready-to-use voice applications as managed services for customers throughout Germany. The new service was launched in February 2004. The new portal provides a self-service option for callers, reducing the workload of company call-centers.

This managed service offer includes voice application consulting, design, implementation, and operation via the T-Com infrastructure, as well as recorded prompts and a dialog design for natural interactions. The Voice Web Portal provides the latest multi-language speech recognition and synthesis software, making web content and services accessible via every telephone.
