1310 — Aspect extends analytics solution to offer AIM Call

Aspect Communications and AIM technology have decided to extend, their preexisting alliance agreement, to a higher level, through a new reseller partnership. From this day forward, the provider of enterprise customer contact solutions, Aspect, agrees to resell AIMtechnology’s AIMCall software for operation within its contact center analytics product suite.

Aspect and AIM previous relationship was valid for the packaging of AIMCall run-time elements for use with Aspect Performance Optimization for eWorkforce Management—statistics analysis software featuring 100 pre-packaged key performance indicators (KPIs). With this renewed agreement, both companies expects to obtain an increased flexibility, to drive the development of highly tailored performance optimization applications to suit the varying needs of businesses.
