The provider of IT support and service management solutions, Hornbill, has announced that its range of Supportworks helpdesk solutions, including its ITIL compatible ITSM and IT Helpdesk templates, are now available with out-of-the-box integration with Altiris Deployment Solution and Altiris Carbon Copy.
