Premier Technologies has formed a strategic partnership with Edify Corporation that will enable Premier to distribute Edify’s leading voice and speech recognition solutions throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Speech-enabled self-service automation changes the way companies interact with their customers. As a result, companies are rapidly adopting speech-based systems that allows customers to get their transactions completed faster and more effectively while driving up usage rates and satisfaction. Speech applications are also flexible and enable companies to deploy applications of more complexity and variety.
