Talisma, a provider of Multi-channel CRM solutions, announced that it has signed an exclusive reseller agreement with COGNICASE Group in Spain. As a specialist in the development of value-added software solutions, COGNICASE Group will increase the reach of Talisma Multi-channel CRM solutions throughout Spain and provide existing and future customers in the region with experienced local support.
Through the agreement, COGNICASE Group will become Talismas Spanish office and be responsible for sales, implementations, support, partnerships and channel management of Talisma’s entire product portfolio – CRM, marketing, contact centre, service and knowledge management products – throughout the region.
