Onyx Software Corporation announced that it has signed a Reseller Agreement with CTC, an independent system integrators in Japan. Under the terms of the agreement, CTC will resell Onyx customer management solutions and will provide consulting and implementation services for Onyx customers in Japan.

On the release note, Onyx explained it was selected after a lengthy evaluation process that included a wide variety of CRM packages. As part of the agreement, CTC will resell Onyx customer management solutions and will provide a full range of services including system design, implementation, customization and integration, call center consulting and maintenance and support. CTC and Onyx are already engaging on joint sales opportunities and plans are in place to certify several CTC consulting staff on Onyx.
