Brooktrout Technology announced that Predict Ability Plus, a developer and provider of call center productivity software, now supports Brooktrout’s TR1000 speech boards on its Performer TrueCTI Predictive Dialing System.

Predict Ability Plus’ Performer TrueCTI Predictive Dialing System is described as a flexible, adaptable and highly scalable software solution that delivers a fully integrated dialer, IVR, call monitoring and management platform for small and large call centers.
