ASC has established a new office in Singapore. This decision follows the increased outsourcing by U.S. and European contact centers as well as an explosion of economic growth in the region.

Guenther Mueller, Chairman and CEO of ASC, commented that the Company “always adopted a customer-centric approach for our users. By founding an office in Singapore, we will be able to respond more rapidly to regional requests for technical support and other forms of assistance. In addition, we will coordinate more closely with existing partners in the area and seek new ones to increase our market share’.

Marcus Rex, recently named Vice President of ASC’s Asian Pacific division added that “the Asian clientele demands the best technological systems, and we will help them how to implement, use and service our solutions .’

Mr. Rex continued by recommending ASC’s award-winning VoIP recording product, EVOip, for the highly sophisticated Asian market because of its ease of installation in new contact centers and feature-rich functions such as record-on-demand, keep/delete, pause/resume, and last call repeat.
