Shirley Spencer has been appointed Head of Talent at Garlands Call Centres. In this role, she will be responsible for the management and development of Garlands’ people development and human resources programmes.
Shirley is an experienced International Human Resource (HR) senior professional who brings over 20 years experience to Garlands. She joins the company from Delta Airlines where she was the International HR Director for the Atlantic Region, and a key member of the management team responsible for running passenger and cargo services for the largest region outside of the US, covering 16 countries and 1000+employees.
Prior to joining Delta Airlines, Shirley held senior HR positions at Exult Ltd., KPMG and Legal & General .
