1748 — vCustomer Launches Onshore Outsourcing Services

vCustomer Corporation, announced that it signed a definitive agreement to purchase the Directory Assistance Service, Operator Service and Relay Service assets from a leading Global Telecom Company.

These assets include multiple call centers across the U.S. and one call center in the Philippines. In addition, vCustomer signed a multi-year agreement with this company to provide Network Management, Directory and Operator Services. vCustomer’s Telecom division will ensure residential and business customers receive its award-winning quality service across Directory Assistance, Call Center and Operator Services.

Upon completion of the transaction, vCustomer will have approximately 6,000 employees located across the U.S., the Philippines and India. They are supported by an integrated customer relationship management services portfolio, which enables them to deliver richer information, assistance and support to vCustomer’s clients and their end customers.
