Verint Systems has entered into a distribution agreement with BCE Elix, a Bell Canada company, to deliver Verint’s ULTRA(TM) solution to the Canadian contact center business intelligence market. The new partnership is expected to provide actionable intelligence solutions to both small to mid-size and leading global enterprises across the region.
