Aspect Communications Corporation announced that Communications Solutions magazine online selected Aspect eWorkforce Management version 6.3 to receive its 2004 Product-of-the-Year Award.
Aspect’s latest version of its contact centre staffing software includes significant new features to help drive workforce productivity.
