Francisco Segovia, Technical Director of Presence Technology explained that the development of this reporting tool within our product range is aimed at providing our customers with a solution to their needs. This is possible with a solution that goes beyond the standard report, allowing users to work under the same environment with no need to run others applications.
Fully integrated with the rest of the Presence solutions, the new module Presence Custom Reports offers the user the possibility to configure his/her own reports depending on the specific needs of the Contact Center. Furthermore, operations reports and other business-related reports may be combined in order to obtain key business indicators that will help managers to improve the strategy and management of the Contact Center.
