Logo do CCw2003“Value Added Partnership”, “Successful Sales via the Contact Center”, outbound activities and collaborative business will be the core themes in this year’s edition of ‘CallCenterWorld’, a leading event within the German speaking countries, organised by ManagementCircle to take place at the Estrel Convention Center in Berlin.

Representatives from AOL, Walter TeleMedien, Toshiba, CEO and FAZ will present their points of view on ‘Value Added Partnerships’, within the communication industry in an open congress with 50 expected speakers.

The event will contemplate an award session – CAt-Award 2003 – distinguishing call center managers from Germany, Austria and Switzerland. These latest will have their own precinct exhibiting the latest solutions on call & contact centers. In addition to the congress and the exhibition, Management Circle offers the Business-Exchange where one-to-one meetings can be arranged between exhibitors and visitors

“Whether implemented as ‘Inhouse’ or as outsourced consulting services – call centers have become indispensable instruments for modern marketing campaigns and sales strategists.

“At present, the market situation is proving itself a challenge for a number of organizations. The current reduction in investments and purchasing and the accompanying drop in sales and profits leads organizations to place their highest priority on increased sales while attempting to find possibilities to reduce costs,” stated Klaus Wowereit , current mayor of the city of Berlin and exhibition’s patron.

Over 3,200 congress participants and exhibition visitors attended the previous CallCenterWorld in February 2002.
