Verint Systems, a provider of analytical solutions and enterprise business intelligence for contact centres, is hosting a webinar entitled ‘Discovering the Value of the Brand in Conversation’ in association with CM Insight, a UK customer management solutions consultancy. The webinar will take place on Monday 12 May 2003, commencing at 2pm (GMT) and is scheduled to last for approximately an hour.

The hosts, Robert Wint, marketing director, EMEA, Verint Systems, and Guy Fielding, head of research & development, CM Insight, will explore the core elements of a call centre conversation and their impact on business branding. The webinar will also highlight some topical examples from the industry. There will be a Question and Answer session at the end of the presentation.
