Verint Systems today announced that it has entered into a global strategic alliance with Performix Technologies. Performix, with its European head office in Dublin, is a provider of enterprise employee performance management software. The integrated offering from Verint and Performix will be designed to leverage actionable intelligence to enhance quality across the entire enterprise, empowering all levels of the organisation.
The Verint/Performix solution will be designed to enable executives to monitor critical performance metrics that drive their business in real time and retrieve the customer interactions that contribute to these metrics. Additionally, the solution will be designed to allow agents to view their performance results and retrieve the customer interactions that may have caused them to underperform.
