The Dutch retailer Wehkamp has announced it will implement SAS Marketing Automation, in an attempt to meet its current and future database marketing and customer management needs.
Wehkamps, is known for being the largest and most visited web shopping network in the Netherlands, and posts more than 400 million in annual revenue. The companys decision for SAS came as a result of the exponentially growth in its customer data which brought in the need to tailor marketing campaigns to individual customer preferences.
The first departments to use the SAS customer intelligence solution are Marketing Intelligence and Credit Management, which support Wehkamps marketing database and credit management operations.
