The sixth European e-Business Support Network (eBSN) workshop, will be held in Rome on 19 November 2004, with focus on helping SMEs to identify these tools and services and making them more widely available.
The eBSN workshop will present successful SME support mechanisms already up and running in a number of different Member States and regions. It will include practical demonstrations of working with ICT suppliers to improve e-business solutions for SMEs and demonstrations of identifying appropriate solutions. Examples from Canada and South Korea will be presented and discussed. The workshop will be of particular interest to government experts and representatives of business associations involved in specific actions of this type.
