At a time when customer switching is at a peak in the utilities industry it is no longer enough to provide cost-effective and efficient billing systems. More important today is the need to be customer-centric and to invest in the relationship with your customer. Organised by IIR, Utilities Billing & CRM will not only examine how to ensure the successful implementation and integration of billing and CIS systems and processes, but will also determine how to exploit billing and CRM systems to retain high-value customers and ensure an ROI on implementations.
