Interactive Intelligence, a developer of software for IP telephony, contact center automation, unified communications, and customer self-service, announced the details of its first EMEA user group conference, called ‘Empowering the Workforce,’ to be held Feb. 17 to 18 in Cologne, Germany. With a workforce that is more mobile due to the proliferation of ubiquitous new technologies, this conference is designed to help Interactive Intelligence software users take full advantage of their business communications systems.
“Using a new and improved format that gives participants access to senior Interactive Intelligence personnel, along with the chance to share experiences with other users in an international forum, this conference promises to be our best yet,” said Gary Blough, vice president of EMEA operations for Interactive Intelligence.
The conference line-up includes:
