VDS started 25 years ago as one of the first call centre suppliers in the Netherlands. The companys core activities can be classified in two independent units: Consultancy and Implementation. VDS today combines cutting-edge technologies with business strategy to help clients cultivate strong relationships with their customers. The companys customer base includes organisations predominantly in the banking, insurance, public sector and telecommunications market segments.
