Merchants, a UK contact centre outsourcer, announces the formal inclusion of two South African outsourced contact centres in Johannesburg and Cape Town to its solution portfolio. The addition of these new locations highlights the strong relationship between Merchants and its parent company, global technology solution providers, Dimension Data, and represents an expansion to both companies overall global capabilities.

Merchants has been offering offshore outsourcing to its clients for over five years via its contact centre in Cork Ireland, and Dimension Datas Asian subsidiary, Datacraft, is a large player in the implementation of call centre technology in India. Merchants now employs over 2000 staff worldwide.
