Noetica announced the installation of Noetica Synthesys at data-driven business communication company, the K2 Group. It will be used in their contact centre for outsourced customer service and telemarketing as a part of Link2 – the One-to-One Communication Company within the K2 Group. The contact centre management solution is integrated into fax, telephone, e-mail, web-chat and video-chat. This allows advisors to manage one-to-one communication across any media using interactive callflow scripts.

Synthesys is used by all advisors in the Manchester-based contact centre. This enables Link2 to undertake highly skilled campaigns for clients ranging from SMEs – such as fitness chains and media agencies – to large financial institutions. Link2 recently completed a successful lead generation campaign to promote the complex concept of invoice discounting to financial directors. Noetica Synthesys was used to ensure that advisors accurately captured vital information for use in follow-up telemarketing and direct marketing campaigns.
