CCA, the UK body for the customer contact profession, launched the CCA Excellence Awards 2004, which will focus on celebrating the success achieved by call and contact centres in delivering excellence in customer service over the last 10 years. Members and non-members are invited to submit for these awards which will be announced at CCA’s 10th Anniversary Annual Convention and Gala Dinner on 24 and 25 November 2004 in Edinburgh.
‘Our 10th Annual Convention is a significant milestone in the development and evolution of professionalism within the customer contact industry and will recognise those who have contributed to delivering customer service excellence,’ commented Anne Marie Forsyth, chief executive of CCA.
The awards will be judged by customer contact professionals from all levels and sectors. All submissions will be presented to the judging panel anonymously so that any awards given are based solely on merit. This innovative, independent judging process allows the awards programme to be recognition of professionalism and achievement by contact centres
