Siebel Systems has released the suite of sales, marketing and service solutions, Siebel Automotive 7.7. According to this business applications software provider, its use will enable vehicle manufacturers, distributors, dealers, and captive finance providers to improve customer acquisition and retention across all customer touchpoints, including the Web, call center, field organization, and partner networks.
