Genesys Conferencing has won a series of corporate contract with Northern European companies to provide conferencing services throughout the world. UPM, SanomaWSOY and Kemira are among the companies with whom it has negotiated.
Genesys has announced that each deal involves the delivery of multimedia desktop conferencing services based on Genesys Meeting Center, a communication and collaboration platform combining audio, video and Web conferencing into a single interface. Nigel Dunn, Genesys Director of Northern Europe, said these contracts include, in some cases, ‘services beyond Europe, as the U.S and Asia-Pacific region and exemplify Genesyss strategy of providing local support to global clients, wherever they are based‘.
