Unisys has completed the acquisition of the assets of ePresence ‘s security services and identity and access management solutions business.
Through this process ePresence customers will gain access to the full range of Unisys solutions, while Unisys will add approximately 90 highly skilled staff and a suite of next-generation identity and access management solutions. The purpose of this measure is to extend and enhance an already broad portfolio of Unisys security services.
