Siebel Systems has announced that General Dynamics Network Systems has chosen its Field Service solution to enhance its support and maintenance of critical intelligence and command-and-control systems for U.S. defense and intelligence operations. The full roll out of the solution is expected to occur by the fourth quarter of 2004 .
The Siebel Field Service system, consists of an industry solution designed specifically for the aerospace and defense market. In this General Dynamics business unit, it will be used for track all requests for action between the government and General Dynamics, enhancing the level of service provided without increasing staffing requirements. At this moment the Company is conducting its pilot test.
