VocalData, a developer of hosted IP telephony solutions has deployed Siebel CRM OnDemand. VocalData expects to improve worldwide sales forecasting and effectively manage sales leads and complex sales engagements to maximize sales revenues and increase customer satisfaction.

Prior to this deployment, VocalData used a time-intensive, inefficient sales forecasting process incorporating spreadsheets that were passed back and forth between the company’s finance department and sales organization. It said it has decided for Siebel CRM OnDemand, after an exhaustive one-year search, based on its ability to help it manage the sales forecasting process, sales leads, and a variety of complex sales engagements, as well as on its low total cost of ownership and scalability.
