Portal Software has appointed Frank Lee to the post of Vice President of Customer Solutions for Europe, Middle East, and Africa. In this newly created role, Lee will head the Portal Consulting division, responsible for bringing leading services to market and assisting customers to ensure their strategies, technologies, and delivery investments align with their long term revenue management visions.
Frank Lee brings with him extensive knowledge and expertise in managing technology services organizations and in developing business solutions for leading European telecommunications service providers. He served at HP as Vice President responsible for Services Sales, at HP Consulting as General Manager, at Sema Group Consulting, as Managing Director, and at PA consulting Group as Partner.
Portal noted that Lees experience in the telecommunications industry covers all types of operation in most regions of the world; selling and delivering end-to-end services from strategy through to implementation.
