1399 — Avaya Korea opens Avaya Solution Center

The Korean subsidiary of the global provider of business communications software, systems and services – Avaya – has opened a Solution Center in Seoul.
 

The Avaya Solution Center, opened jointly with its BusinessPartner, LLG CNS, is located at LLG CNS headquarters. Avaya says it is designed to provide a place where customers can experience Avaya’s advanced IP telephony and IP contact center solutions, providing a guide for them to migrate to an IP-based environment. Both companies expect the new solution center to showcase reliable solutions and services that meet customers’ communications needs as well as to support their sales activities as a demo center.

LG CNS will be in charge of overall operation and staff support at the center while Avaya will provide hardware and software solutions and be responsible for updates and maintenance. Avaya will also provide technology support as well as training to enable smooth operation of the center by LG CNS.
