Teleperformance USA has announced it has acquired an 80% interest in VOICE FX, LLC, which provides hosted interactive voice response services, supported by advanced speech recognition and text to speech technologies. The Company will be branded Teleperformance Interactive.
On a release note, Teleperformance USA, explains that the founders and co-Managers, of VOICE FX are retaining 20% of the shareholding and will continue to manage and grow the company.
This new partnership completes our unique integrated contact center solution. VOICE FX specializes in transforming complex, traditionally live operator, phone calls into simple, efficient, IVR interactions in both English and Spanish. Its a very flexible interactive solution, and VOICE FX is quality oriented, with a deep expertise in scripting, and dedicated to superior account management.
