Verint Systems bas launched a new enterprise quality workshop, to be delivered in partnership with the service transformation firm, TARP. The workshop, entitled Actionable Intelligence for a Smarter Workforce, is said to be designed to help customers more effectively align their contact centers with enterprise goals.
The Actionable Intelligence for a Smarter Workforce will examine enterprise customer service initiatives and translate these initiatives into goals and key performance indicators for the contact center. Through a combination of onsite discovery and facilitated classroom sessions, the 4 day workshop will enable Verint customers to create a balanced enterprise quality program for improved workforce performance and enhanced customer satisfaction and loyalty.
