Universal Express has announced it has added to its contracted existing call centers, a new facility in St. Louis MS. Customer Direct, a state of the art calling and receiving facility that will be handling growing inbound calls for Luggage Express, as well as assisting with marketing projects to promote Universal Express diverse portfolio of gift card products and postal store services.
Cecilia Vesnesky, Director of Luggage Express, explained that With the continued growth of Luggage Express including our recent contract, soon to be announced, servicing a leading banks 500,000 credit card holders, an expanded domestic call center became our obvious choice.
Richard A. Altomare, Chairman and C.E.O. of Universal Express remarked that technologically, the call center will provide a seamless interaction with all related operations, taking Universal Express another step further in its domestic outsourcing of customer service satisfaction.
