1450 — MyNetonomy becomes Orange`s Customer Self-Service Platform

The United Kingdom’s mobile operator, Orange UK, has selected MyNetonomy NetService Center, to be the core customer-facing self-service platform for both its contract and pre-pay customers.
 

On the announcement note, Chris Hornung, Director of Customer Delivery Planning & Implementation for Orange Uk, points that “The Internet has influenced people’s expectations of customer service and web self-service is a key part of our future customer service strategy“.  He added that “Orange is committed to providing our customers with the best customer service available. Therefore, when looking for a solution provider to help us deliver a high quality Web self-service site, we looked to Netonomy as the leader in this space “.

Jeremy Brown, Head of Technical Architecture for Orange UK commented that “The Netonomy application provides extensive self-service functionality out-of-the-box as well as being a good architectural fit with our current and future applications. Therefore, MyNetonomy is functionally and technically the best solution for us today, and will evolve with us as our IT architecture continues to evolve moving forward “.
