1454 — Nexus IS and NetSolve Seal Deal For IP Call Centers

Nexus IS and NetSolve, Incorporated made publicly known that they have entered into an arrangement to deliver end-to-end IP communications solutions – from planning, design and implementation to ongoing operations.

Under the agreement, which was executed on June 2, 2004, NetSolve’s remote IP Telephony management services will be integrated into the Nexus IS services portfolio. Nexus IS, a Cisco Gold Certified Partner, is also Cisco IP Telephony Specialized, and is one of only a handful of companies who have qualified to participate in the Cisco Advanced Technology Provider (ATP) program for Cisco IP Contact Center (IPCC) Enterprise 5.0.

NetSolve, a leader in remote management of IT infrastructure and security, was Cisco’s first certified ATP IPT-RNO (IP Telephony – remote network operations) partner. NetSolve has over four years of experience delivering IP Telephony management services and has nearly 100,000 phones and 500 IPC servers under contract.
