Edify Corporation has launched Edify Voice Banking, a fully licensed, comprehensive software application that enables banking establishments to automate customer interactions and provide access to account, branch, and other financial information through speech-enabled self-service.
 

Based on industry standards such as VoiceXML and SALT, this application hopes to eliminate enterprise customer concerns over application functionality and compatibility issues. The Company says that the Voice Banking product includes key features such as account information and history, stop pay, change PIN, funds transfer, as well as business enterprise features, such as, detail reporting and monitoring for easy, ongoing technical support and upgrades.
