NEC Unified Solutions, has just disclosed its strategy for growth in the contact center marketplace.
At the CMP Media’s first Annual Call Center Exhibition (ACCE) Conference, NEC said it will focus on three principal contact centers solutions – ‘Response & Fulfillment,’ ‘Effectiveness & Efficiency’ and ‘Customer Loyalty & Retention’ to grow its contact center business by broadening the solution space, and therefore the range of customers NEC can address.
Recently the Company has announced an updated version of its flagship CCDesign suite of products, introduced its Q-Master application suite and has also lined up strategic partnerships with Genesys and ASC telecom to provide greater choice to organizations seeking to increase performance and strategic value from their contact centers.
“Contact centers have a hierarchical set of needs, such as responsiveness, performance measurement, customer satisfaction, management effectiveness and customer loyalty“, said Jay Krauser, general manager, NEC Unified Solutions. “Our restructured strategy uses a three-tiered solution approach, that allows us to accurately match product functionality with customer requirements“.
