Edify has introduced the latest version of its Voice Interaction Platform (EVIP) Release 9.5, a comprehensive voice system that enables organizations to manage every aspect of their voice and speech applications across the enterprise.
With EVIP Release 9.5, Edify says organizations can now take advantage of the benefits of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) such as easier management and improved scalability without incurring additional hardware costs. EVIP Release 9.5 offers organizations a choice between a hardware-based VoIP solution and a software-only Host Media Processing (HMP) support.
