Ericsson Mobile Platforms has successfully started deliveries of the U350 and U360 platforms.
Jörgen Lantto, vice president and head of Strategic Product Management at Ericsson Mobile Platforms, commented that ‘U350 and U360 platforms are the smallest and most powerful 3.6 Mbps HSDPA solutions on the market today.
They are designed to facilitate true mass-market HSDPA volumes with a strong focus on size, cost and performance. The U350 is a quad-band EDGE and single-band HSDPA platform, whereas the U360
adds triple-band HSDPA capabilities.
