In April, DataDistilleries, a predictive real-time analytical software leader, has signed an agreement with Vodafone in the Netherlands involving the purchase of its Real-Time Suite. Vodafone is one of the largest mobile telecommunications companies in the Netherlands and is part of the worldwide Vodafone Group. The software allows Vodafone to make more specific offers for products or services the moment the customer contacts the company. As a result, Vodafone will be able to deliver optimum personalised service to its customers.

DataDistilleries’ predictive real-time analytical software enables companies to identify and immediately act upon customers’ individual wishes and requirements across all communication channels. The Analytical Suite helps to gain more insight into customer behaviour, opening the door to more personalised marketing campaigns. With the Real-Time Suite, a customer-specific recommendation based on up-to-the-minute customer data can be made in just a few seconds during the customer interaction, which further enhances customer service.

Vodafone in the Netherlands will use DataDistilleries’ solution during customer-initiated contacts, such as telephone calls to the Customer Services department. Other distribution channels, such as the website, can also make use of the software. Vodafone has already purchased the Analytical Suite from DataDistilleries, and is now adding the Real-Time Suite.

“We’re delighted that this leading telecommunications company has once again selected DataDistilleries’ technology,” said Marcel Holsheimer, President and Founder of DataDistilleries. “Vodafone values customer satisfaction highly, and is already using our software to improve its customer relations via outbound communication channels. The deployment of the real-time analytical software will help the company deliver even better service.”
