387 — KPMG Consulting and Aspect Communications form alliance to deliver European contact centre solutions

Aspect Communications announced an alliance with KPMG Consulting.

Aspect Communications, the leading provider of business communications solutions that help companies improve customer satisfaction, announced in 31 July an alliance agreement with KPMG Consulting, a leading business solutions integrator. Under the agreement, KPMG Consulting and Aspect will work together to deliver customer contact solutions to clients across Europe.

The focus of the alliance will be on leveraging Aspect Communications’ flagship offerings, including the Aspect contact server, workforce management and customer self-service solutions, which are already an integral part of KPMG Consulting’s Interactive Contact solution.

The alliance brings together the proven business integration skills of KPMG Consulting with market leading customer contact solutions from Aspect Communications, enabling organisations to benefit from reduced customer contact costs, increased revenues and quicker and quantifiable return on technology investments. In parallel, it will allow customers to experience an improved quality of service.
