SPUeNTRUP CTI and Voice Robots have launched a brand new concept for computer telephony integration. The solution is a highly available CTI connection between the telephony world and the business processes of customers.
The basis of the facility is the CATS/pro Server (SPUeNTRUP CTI) and Voice Robot’s robot 5 Server. Robot 5 deals with the customer dialogs using natural language recognition and speech synthesis. The CATS/pro Server is responsible for CTI services for agents and employees.
According to the two businesses, this interwoven integration means a whole spectrum of new time saving features can be implemented. The solution is used and administered using standard browser only based applications, and also supports fax services usable from any front-end application.
