Despite having courted bad press, mainly due to onerous and ill-implemented solutions, CRM is again at stake in today’s managers’ agenda, who envision survival in a post-hype environment which backed them to a corner. Whereas trading conditions remain difficult, gaining market share is highly dependent on all aspects of customer care and CRM. The New Face of CRM, running at Inmarsat Conference Centre in London seeks to benefit end-user organisations (those implementing CRM) and suppliers of technology and solutions.
