FINEOS, an Irish manufacturer of banking and insurance software, has just appointed Tom Wall as Chief Financial Officer and company secretary. Wall joins the FINEOS board and executive management team and will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations throughout the company. Previously he worked with Oracle for over seven years, where he was Chief Financial Officer for Oracle Ireland and Finance Director for Oracle EMEA and spent six years with Unisys EMEA UK as its chief accountant.
“Tom is a super catch for us, and another vital piece of the jigsaw,” said Michael Kelly, CEO of FINEOS. “He has a long track record of management in the enterprise software solutions market and brings particularly valuable skills to FINEOS as he has an international background and extensive experience of financial planning, which is crucial for us as we rapidly expand our organisation.”
This appointment follows the recent announcement that William Burgess, managing director of IBM Ireland for 11 years and board director at Ulster Bank and IONA Technologies, has also joined FINEOS as chairman of the board.
