The market worldwide for hosted contact centre services is expected to develop exponentially with analyst group, Ovum, predicting annual growth rates of 25 per cent to create a 2,185 million market by the year 2006. According to Ovum, by 2006 network-based contact centre seats will account for 26 per cent of all contact centre seats in operation, up from 11 per cent in 2000.
Streamdoor has invested significantly in infrastructure technology from Cisco Systems to deliver HIPCC services in EMEA. A similar investment in infrastructure is expected when the company expands into the USA in early 2004.
